Welcome to the City of Wichita Falls Water Bill E-statement Management Site. This
site is provided as a service to its customers with the following benefits:
-replaces the paper copy of the water bill(s) with an electronic one
-bill(s) may
be viewed and/or printed at your convenience
-a history of each registered account
will be available for up to 12 months
-a link to the payment options will be provided
from the e-statement screen
A notification will be sent to the registered e-mail
address each month when the bill(s) has been produced.
To sign up for the e-statement
service, press the Register button and follow the instructions on the next page.
If you are already registered for this service, please enter your e-mail address
and password and press the Login button to view your water bill(s) electronically.
NOTE: If this is your first time to sign in and view your bill(s), you will be prompted
to change your password.
